Quality & Compliance

RMR Recruitment has a very strict screening and vetting procedure. All candidates registering for work through RMR are interviewed face to face and their spoken, written and comprehension of English is assessed as part of the interview.  Only candidates who pass this initial screening interview will be considered for registration.

During registration all of the required paperwork is collected and verified copies are made where appropriate.  In addition, all locums are fully referenced for 3 years as standard.

RMR Recruitment  will ensure Candidates comply with all relevant UK legislation and regulations applicable to his/her duties and with the standards of UK professional medical practice applicable to his/her duties and to the relevant site.

 Professional qualifications and registration is checked prior to being put forward to a position, prior to starting work and again on a weekly basis while working.  RMR will provide locums with a clinical supervisor if they have not already got one.

As part of the registration process with RMR Candidate, all candidates must undergo an Enhanced CRB/DBS check.  RMR is a Registered Umbrella Body and as such carries out the CRB’s internally.  All checks are renewed annually.
