COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE NATIONAL FRAMEWORKS
In order to be able to work with us through the National Frameworks, we need to conduct a series of pre-employment checks as outlined in the Department of Health and the guidelines as set by Health Trust Europe, Collaborative Procurement Partnerships and NHS Scotland.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:
- Right to
Work
– evidence of valid EEA Passport OR Valid Passport and Visa
- IELTS – If applicable
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Covering 10 years' employment history and explanation of any gaps
- 2 Referee Details – Covering the last year of employment and from your current or last employer
- DBS Certificate – Fully Enhanced certificate, if you are not registered on the Update Service then you will need to apply for a new DBS through ourselves
- PVG Scheme – For work within Scotland
- Overseas Police Check – If applicable
- 2 Proof of Address
– This can include: utility bill, bank statement and letter from a governing body. All proofs must be dated within the last 3 months
- Training Certificates – This includes life support training as required for your job role & mandatory training. If you have not taken the training or are missing modules then we can assist in you completing your training. All Training must be CSTF aligned
- Qualifications
- Proof or GMC or NMC
– Your original certificate needs to be sighted and Annual Retention will need to be shown early.
- Immunisation History – Hep B antibodies, measles, mumps, rubella, tuberculosis, varicella. For EPP candidates Hep B antigen, Hep C and HIV IVS reports need to be shown. A health questionnaire will need to be filled out so that a Fitness to Work can be applied, these are updated yearly.
- Indemnity Insurance – If applicable
- 2 Passport Sized Photographs – Must be in colour and clear
